This Privacy Policy outlines the obligations of Toonlet, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Toonlet”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information collected from you via the Toonlet website located at http://toonlet.com (the “Toonlet Site”). By accessing the Toonlet Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not want your information to be collected and used in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Toonlet Site.

The Toonlet Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to users in the United States. Toonlet attempts to partner only with those companies that will responsibly handle your personal information; however, Toonlet is not a guarantor of such companies’ security practices.
  7. Links. The Toonlet Site contains links to other web sites. Toonlet is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites.
  8. Correction or Updating Personal Information. You may use the contact information provided below in Section 9 to request a change in or update of your personal information (such as an address correction), or to have your personal information removed from Toonlet’s database. Toonlet will correct, update, or remove your personal data according to your request.
